Commissioned Sales Rep Longmont ($16.00-18.00/hour)

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Advisors for our Jiffy Lube franchise locations in Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder, and Denver. The primary responsibility is to educate customers on vehicle maintenance needs and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle maintenance needs
• Provide excellent service experience
• Follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Resolve customer disputes
• Work in a retail setting
• Stand and walk up to 4 hours without breaks
• Work in extreme heat and/or cold
• Endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching

Requirements

• Highest level of motivation and ambition
• Detail-oriented personality
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work retail hours

Qualifications

• Proficiency in full-cycle customer service
• Able to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Experience in automotive industry is not necessary due to Jiffy Lube’s training program
