Commissioned Sales Rep Highlands Ranch ($16.00-$18.00/Hour)

About the role

We are a successful and rapidly growing Jiffy Lube franchise with locations ranging from Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder and Denver. We are in need of highly motivated sales people who in our industry are known as Customer Service Advisors. The primary function of the Customer Service Advisor's role is to educate our customers on their vehicle maintenance needs while providing an excellent service experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle maintenance needs
• Provide excellent service experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work retail hours
• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
• Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
• Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching

Requirements

• Highly motivated, ambitious and detail oriented
• Able to follow instructions and move in a fast paced work environment
• Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc)
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to endure physical demands including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and exposure to extreme temperatures

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is preferable but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
