Commissioned Sales Rep ($16.00-18.00/Hour)

About the role

We are a successful and rapidly growing Jiffy Lube franchise with locations in Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder, and Denver. We are seeking highly motivated salespeople known as Customer Service Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle maintenance needs
• Provide excellent service experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Work retail hours
• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
• Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
• Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching

Requirements

• Highest level of motivation and ambition
• Detail-oriented
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc.)
• Able to work in a retail setting

Pay

The position is a commissioned role with potential to earn up to $1000 each month in addition to the hourly rate.
