About the role

We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our team at Jiffy Lube franchises in Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder, and Denver. The primary responsibility is to educate customers on vehicle maintenance needs and provide an excellent service experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle maintenance needs
• Provide excellent service experience
• Follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Resolve customer disputes

Requirements

• Highest level of motivation and ambition
• Detail-oriented skills
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work retail hours
• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
• Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
• Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry is not necessary as Jiffy Lube offers a renowned training program

Skills

• Proficiency in full-cycle customer service
• Greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc.
