Commissioned Sales Rep Fort Collins ($16.00-18.00/hour)

About the role

We are a successful and rapidly growing Jiffy Lube franchise with locations in Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder, and Denver. We are seeking highly motivated salespeople known as Customer Service Advisors. The primary function of the Customer Service Advisor's role is to educate customers on their vehicle maintenance needs while providing an excellent service experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle maintenance needs
• Provide excellent service experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Work retail hours
• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
• Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
• Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching

Requirements

• Highly motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and move in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc)
• Able to work in a retail setting
• Able to endure physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching

• No prior sales experience required as Jiffy Lube offers a renowned training program
