About the role

We are seeking experienced Commercial Lines & Personal Lines Loss Control Consultants as independent contractors to perform insurance underwriting surveys on residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

Responsibilities

- Assess conditions found during inspections. - Identify hazards that may lead to claims activity. - Gather data to assist insurance companies in establishing replacement cost values for buildings and dwellings. - Meet and converse with people in the community. - Possess basic knowledge of home construction materials and methods. - Have previous inspection experience is helpful. - Use a PC, internet access, and digital camera.
