About the role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines & Personal Lines Loss Control Consultant as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical on-site field inspections
- Provide loss control services for our clients
- Aid in making the right underwriting decisions for clients
- Assess the construction of risks
- Take exterior measurements to obtain square footage
- Take photographs showing hazards and conditions of the property insured
- Provide details of the insured operations
Requirements
- Motivated individuals willing to travel to assigned areas
- Economical transportation recommended
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Tools required: computer with broadband internet, digital camera, measuring wheel, and a valid drivers license
Qualifications
Must have experience in commercial and residential loss control.
