Commercial Refrigeration Installation Foreman

About the role

This position supervises commercial refrigeration installation projects, leads crews, and ensures safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction. Up to 100% travel throughout the service region is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise refrigeration installation crews
• Plan and assign daily work
• Interpret blueprints and specifications
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure code compliance and quality
• Train and mentor technicians
• Maintain documentation
• Communicate with customers and project managers
• Support startup and commissioning
• Promote teamwork and accountability
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 7+ years commercial refrigeration installation experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license
