Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily work activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the project.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the course of the project.
  • Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable about the latest industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to electrical work and safety.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth among team members.

Requirements

  • Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical work is preferred.
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction or maintenance. Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a construction or industrial setting. Experience with project planning and execution in the electrical field.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical schematics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and management.
  • Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment safely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in electrical work.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
