Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily work activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the course of the project.
- Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable about the latest industry standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Aid in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to electrical work and safety.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth among team members.
Requirements
- Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical work is preferred.
- Required Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction or maintenance. Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a construction or industrial setting. Experience with project planning and execution in the electrical field.
