SENIOR FOREMAN

About the Role

A Senior Foreman brings extensive experience leading large and complex projects. This role manages jobs from start to finish with minimal oversight, ensuring high-quality results and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage large crews or multiple smaller crews across projects
• Lead complex commercial and industrial plumbing projects
• Coordinate with other trades and plan project phases effectively
• Train and mentor other Foremen, Junior Foremen, Plumbers, and Helpers
• Identify ways to improve field operations and efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and leadership support to the field team

How to Advance

• Successfully manage large, complex projects
• Develop leadership skills in others, not just manage workers
• Maintain a strategic view of project planning and execution
• Build strong working relationships with Project Managers and customers

Typical advancement timeline: 3–5 years of excellent performance as a Foreman.
