Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite and administer Commercial Real Estate loans for the Bank's CRE portfolio.
• Work closely and effectively with Treasury Management and other areas of the Commercial Division, as well as other departments of the Bank to deliver the Bank’s full suite of products.
• Maintain an active marketing/calling program, primarily within Cambridge Savings Bank’s identified Core Market communities.
• Generate new loan and deposit prospects for CRE and referral business for other CSB business lines.
• Ensure that all credit standards of the Bank are met.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of Commercial Real Estate experience with a focus on credit analysis, portfolio management, and deal structuring.
• Experience with a variety of Commercial Real Estate asset classes.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships both with external and internal clients.
• Knowledge of regulations concerning commercial real estate lending.
• Proven PC skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Pay

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $148,500 - $197,000. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
