- Proven ability to independently manage transactions and advise clients on strategic legal and business considerations
- Experience negotiating and drafting sophisticated commercial agreements and related documents
- Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or collaborating with junior attorneys and staff preferred
Skills
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships
