About the Role

Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial real estate documents and agreements
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters
- Conduct due diligence and transactional analysis
- Communicate directly with clients and transaction participants
- Support attorneys in managing complex commercial transactions from inception through closing
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Georgia Bar or eligibility to waive into Georgia
- Minimum of two years of commercial real estate, corporate, or transactional experience
Required Skills
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative environment
