Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leasing, financing, and development.
- Draft and negotiate complex legal documents independently.
- Handle land use and zoning matters.
- Deliver high-quality legal services with a client-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Virginia (or eligibility for admission).
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deals independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay
$150,000 - $200,000 per year
