About the role
The Real Estate Associate will handle leasing matters for various property types, including office, medical office, mixed-use storage, aviation, warehouse, and manufacturing and distribution facilities.Responsibilities
- Handle leasing matters for a diverse portfolio of properties
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and review lease agreements
- Manage tenant relations and ensure compliance with lease terms
- Stay updated on local, state, and federal laws affecting leasing
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sophisticated law firm setting, specifically handling leasing matters
- Experience with all types of properties nationally, including office, medical office, mixed-use storage, aviation, warehouse, and manufacturing and distribution facilities
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Passion for real estate law
