Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Transactional Attorney (Associate)
Robinson+Cole, a Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with five to seven years of experience to join the Real Estate + Development practice group based in our Stamford, Hartford, or New York offices.
About the role
Robinson+Cole’s Real Estate + Development practice group regularly represents buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions across all classes of real estate assets. The role will involve drafting and negotiating leases, lease amendments, assignments, subleases, letters of intent, and related leasing documents for landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, and financing transactions.
- Review and analyze complex real estate agreements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Admission to the bar in the state of the primary office location (Connecticut bar preferred for this position).
- Top academic and transactional credentials.
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
Pay
New York Applicants: The target base salary range for this position is $210,000 to $227,500. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's prior experience, class year, skills, and qualifications.
Schedule
R+C supports the flexibility provided by a hybrid work model. Our attorneys are asked to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
