Commercial Manager, Beyond Beer - Wholesaler

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business and brand budgets, sales strategies, and distribution efforts for BeatBox and Phorm Energy
• Enhance Brand Performance by executing and evaluating distribution strategies with customers
• Develop and present business reviews while maintaining stakeholder relationships across multiple states
• Create and present replicable content for field team members to enhance engagement with wholesaler partners
• Manage stakeholder execution across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana, necessitating travel

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Must reside in San Antonio, TX
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Experience in field and retail sales, preferably within the beverage or consumer products industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment focused on achieving results
• Proven track record of driving positive results against challenging targets
• Basic understanding of retail initiatives like Category Management

$106,400 – $126,350 annually
