Commercial Litigation/Disputes Associate (On-Site at Pittsburgh, PA)
About the Role
Latitude is assisting a highly regarded AmLaw 100 law firm in its search for a Junior Commercial Litigation/Disputes Associate to join its Pittsburgh office. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for an attorney looking to build experience handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters while receiving strong mentorship and meaningful opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Independently conduct legal research
- Draft substantive pleadings and motions
- Organize and manage discovery, including e-discovery
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial litigation experience, including general business disputes, multidistrict litigation, and/or class actions in state and federal courts
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, or eligibility to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar
- Judicial clerkship and/or law journal experience preferred, but not required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment

Pay
Base salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors, with additional details provided during the interview process. The firm offers a competitive compensation package.

Full-Time, on-site at the firm’s Pittsburgh, PA office.
