A cutting-edge law firm with 16 diverse practice areas is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their Commercial Litigation Group on Long Island. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-value, complex commercial matters while working directly with clients and partners across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-value, complex commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Take depositions, present oral arguments, and prepare witnesses.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating within a team-oriented practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of litigation experience in federal and state courts, focused on corporate and commercial disputes.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with taking depositions, oral arguments, and witness preparation.
• Admission to the New York State Bar required; federal admission strongly preferred.
