Practice Summary
Greenberg Traurig's litigation team handles sophisticated disputes across various industries and forums, including complex commercial litigation, class actions, employment matters, regulatory disputes, real estate litigation, and high-stakes trial work. The team represents clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to emerging businesses, providing strategic counsel in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and multidistrict proceedings nationwide.
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of litigation experience
- Judicial clerkship experience a plus
- Experience managing complex commercial disputes through all phases of litigation
- Including fact investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- In good standing with the Colorado Bar

- Admitted to practice law in Colorado
- Ability to manage complex litigation cases

Benefits
Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $215,000 to $265,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
