Fisher Phillips’ Denver office is seeking a litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.

About the role

We are looking for the next team member to join our community—someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment and has a growth mindset. Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will also work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting and revising handbooks, training, and similar activities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in employment litigation preferred, but not required
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated familiarity with employment laws and litigation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to excellence, client service, and team collaboration

Pay

Salary range: $170,000 – $220,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
