Taft is looking for a team-oriented associate to join our Litigation group in the Denver office.

Responsibilities

- Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions - Assisting with complex client and opposing party management and communication - Preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have: - At least 4 years of litigation experience - Excellent academic and professional credentials - Superior research and persuasive writing ability - Strong analytical skills - Excellent communication skills
