Associate Attorney

Summary Our client, a law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney (0-2 years of experience) to join its Community Association Law practice. This role is ideal for a newly admitted or early-career attorney with some exposure to litigation and a strong interest in developing litigation skills. The position will involve a mix of civil litigation and advisory work related to condominium and homeowners' associations. The ideal candidate must have a genuine interest in litigation and be comfortable handling matters from inception through resolution with appropriate guidance. Responsibilties Assist with litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Support trial preparation and attend court proceedings as needed Advise condominium and homeowners' associations on legal matters Attend evening Board of Directors meetings when required Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy Qualifications Active membership in the Florida Bar (required) 0-2 years of experience, with some exposure to litigation preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Professional demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow Demonstrated interest in civil litigation
