Commercial Lines Producer

Responsibilities

• Possess a Hunter Mentality: Enjoy prospecting and creating opportunities.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Generate Leads: Utilize networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building to generate leads.
• Conduct Coverage Reviews: Identify gaps in protection and present customized insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage Pipeline: Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline.
• Follow Up: Follow up consistently with prospects and clients.
• Collaborate Internally: Work collaboratively with internal service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Meet Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and production expectations.
• Stay Informed: Stay updated on market trends, carrier appetite, and industry changes.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Insurance License (General Lines P&C) preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial insurance, B2B sales, or related sales roles.
• Proven ability to develop and close business relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Marketing Plan in place.

Compensation

Base Salary: Starting at $40,000+
