Responsible for overseeing the construction process of commercial interior buildouts in Asheville, NC. This includes managing teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Manage teams of contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Adhere to all safety regulations and standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
