Interior Buildout Field Superintendent

About the role

Responsible for overseeing interior buildout projects in Charlotte, NC. Managing teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project teams and ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
• Project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, task lists)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
