Responsibilities
- Lead site operations from startup to closeout
- Cook up coordination with multiple trades across complex scopes
- Drive meaningful three-week lookaheads
- Maintain accurate RFIs, ASIs, daily logs, and change tracking
- Enforce safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 5+ years as a commercial superintendent
- Direct leadership of $2M–$15M projects
- Strong plan-reading and scheduling discipline
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors effectively
- Highly fluent in both English & Spanish
