About the role
The Project Field Superintendent (Commercial Construction) oversees construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design issues and project changes.
- Ensure project quality meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.

Pay
$X per hour or $Y per day, depending on the shift.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
