Commercial Inside Sales

Job Purpose

Pricing call-in replacement work
Monitoring and responding to requests coming in
Responding to quote requests coming in from dedicated Quick Quote phone line
Entering orders in vendor systems including but not limited to Sales Pro/Quote Builder, SAP and Trend Estimate
Plan and spec jobs that are less than $25,000, as needed
Act as expert and answer parts counter questions in regards to commercial equipment
Act as expert and answer BSR/TM questions when they are outside residential scope
Seek out training opportunities to expand product knowledge and understand processes to enhance the customer’s experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• 3 years Administrative Assistant experience
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred
• 2 years customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office SAP experience, a plus
• Proven multitask skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Work cooperatively with others
