About the role

Seeking an experienced commercial door and dock technician with several years of hands-on field experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial overhead doors, roll-up doors, dock levelers, and dock equipment. This role will provide remote technical support and guide field technicians through troubleshooting and repairs.

Monday–Friday, in-office with no travel. Responsibilities include phone and video support for field technicians and diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and structural issues. Ideal for an experienced technician looking to transition out of the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to field technicians

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and structural issues in commercial overhead doors, roll-up doors, dock levelers, and dock equipment

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on field experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial overhead doors, roll-up doors, dock levelers, and dock equipment

$70,000 base salary
