Pay

• Competitive Pay: $25-$35/hour ($52,000-$72,800 annually based on a 40-hour work week) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
• On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers)
• Repairs: Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs
• Documentation: Record maintenance activities via company iPad/iPhone
• Customer Service: Advise clients and ensure system efficiency
• Safety: Adhere to regulations and company standards

Requirements

• 2–5 years HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass drug/background checks
• D-2 or S-2 Limited Warm Air, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Journeyperson license required
• Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship or technical training
• Physical: Lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, wear PPE
• Travel: Flexibility for overtime and regional travel
