Maintenance
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers)
- Repairs: Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs
- Documentation: Record maintenance activities via company iPad/iPhone
- Customer Service: Advise clients and ensure system efficiency
Qualifications
- 2–5 years HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass drug/background checks
Preferred
- HVAC apprenticeship or technical training
Physical
- Lift 75 lbs.
- Work in confined spaces
- Wear PPE
Travel
- Flexibility for overtime and regional travel
