Commercial Disputes and Investigations Advisory Director

For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Disputes and Investigations Advisory Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead complex commercial disputes and investigative engagements, with a strong emphasis on forensic accounting, litigation support, and high-quality client deliverables. The director will partner with senior stakeholders to shape engagement strategy, resolve client challenges, and ensure teams execute with precision and consistency. This position also offers the opportunity to mentor emerging professionals while building trusted client relationships and supporting practice growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $270,000 annually Responsibilities Manage complex commercial litigation engagements and ensure quality deliverables. Lead and delegate tasks within teams handling forensic accounting and litigation support. Collaborate with senior leadership to create engagement strategies and solve client issues. Oversee forensic financial analyses, including fund tracing and anomaly identification. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Build strong client relationships to enhance engagement satisfaction and growth. Mentor and develop junior team members while promoting teamwork. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in consulting, disputes, investigations, or forensic accounting. 5+ years in litigation support and investigative engagements. Strong leadership in managing complex engagements and team dynamics. Excellent problem-solving abilities related to business and financial investigations.
