About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Disputes and Investigations Advisory Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader is looking for a seasoned advisor who can guide complex commercial disputes and investigative engagements from strategy through execution. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to shape engagement approaches, provide forensic insight, and deliver high-quality client reporting. It is an opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, support business development efforts, and help clients navigate sensitive financial and litigation matters.

Location: Dallas, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily execution of complex commercial litigation and disputes engagements
• Lead teams performing forensic accounting and litigation support work
• Develop engagement strategies and work plans in collaboration with senior directors and partners
• Conduct forensic analysis of financial records, trace funds, and identify anomalies
• Prepare and review client deliverables for senior leadership review
• Mentor junior professionals and foster a collaborative team culture
• Support business development and proposal initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, disputes, investigations, or forensic accounting, with demonstrated leadership in managing complex engagements
• 5+ years of experience in litigation support and investigations, with expertise in financial investigations and report preparation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced credentials such as MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Proficiency in database tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders

Pay

$200,000 – $270,000 annually
