Commercial Disputes and Investigations Advisory Director

For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Disputes and Investigations Advisory Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead complex disputes and investigative advisory engagements, with a strong emphasis on forensic accounting, litigation support, and client-facing problem solving. The director will partner closely with senior leaders and clients to shape engagement strategy, manage deliverables, and provide clear, defensible findings. Success in this position will depend on the ability to balance technical financial analysis with team leadership, business development, and trusted advisory support in a fast-paced professional services environment. Location: Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $270,000 annually Responsibilities Manage daily execution of complex litigation and disputes engagements Lead teams in forensic accounting and litigation support activities Collaborate with senior leaders to develop engagement strategies and resolve client issues Conduct forensic analyses to trace funds and identify anomalies Prepare reports and deliverables for senior leadership review Present findings to clients and other stakeholders Mentor and develop junior professionals within the team Qualifications 8+ years in consulting, disputes, investigations, or forensic accounting 5+ years of experience specifically in disputes and investigations Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and deliverables Strong financial analysis and forensic investigation skills Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and business development Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent credentials preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs Participation in an annual incentive compensation program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
