Commercial Disputes and Investigations Advisory Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Disputes and Investigations Advisory Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead complex disputes and investigations work with a strong emphasis on forensic accounting, litigation support, and client advisory services. The director will partner with senior leadership to shape engagement strategy, guide case execution, and deliver clear findings that support informed business and legal decisions. This position also plays an important role in mentoring team members and contributing to business development efforts. Location: Philadelphia, PA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

Compensation: $200,000 – $270,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of complex commercial litigation and disputes engagements
• Lead teams in forensic accounting and litigation support activities
• Develop engagement strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
• Conduct forensic analysis and gather evidence for investigations
• Prepare client deliverables and present findings to stakeholders
• Mentor and coach junior professionals within the team
• Contribute to business development and proposal initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, disputes, and investigations
• 5+ years specifically in disputes and investigations with expertise in related areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Professional credentials such as CPA, CFE, or MBA preferred
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling and database management
