About the Role

Apply your commercial escrow expertise to help successfully close complex commercial real estate transactions. At First American, you'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll partner with clients and internal teams to coordinate closings, solve challenges, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Complete closing and escrow processes for commercial transactions.
• Communicate with multiple parties across multiple locations to successfully complete transactions.
• Work cross-functionally to monitor and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and solve unique issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of escrow/title experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
