Office and Marketing Manager

About the role

A&M Home Services is hiring an Office & Marketing Manager to oversee daily office operations and support local marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can balance office management with marketing tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and help keep the team organized
• Schedule, communicate, report, and handle administrative tasks
• Coordinate office workflow and hold team members accountable to timelines and priorities
• Track expenses, invoices, marketing spend, and basic budget details
• Create and update reports, spreadsheets, and marketing materials
• Post and manage content on social media platforms
• Support marketing campaigns, community events, promotions, and brand awareness
• Ensure consistency and professionalism in marketing materials and customer communications
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Canva, and other office systems to stay organized and complete work accurately

Requirements

• Experience in office administration, office management, team coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable holding others accountable and helping a team stay on task
• Experience tracking expenses, invoices, budgets, or marketing spend
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience creating basic marketing materials, social media posts, or digital graphics
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a professional, helpful attitude
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Plymouth, IN

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in office manager, administrative lead, marketing coordinator, or operations support roles
• Experience supporting a home services, construction, roofing, remodeling, or trades business
• Experience managing local marketing efforts, events, promotions, or social media content
