About the role
Office Manager/Buyer â Industrial Fabrication & Equipment
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including scheduling, inventory management, and communication with clients
- Procure materials and equipment from suppliers to meet production needs
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies
- Support the purchasing process by researching and negotiating prices with vendors
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or procurement role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college education preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of industrial fabrication and equipment industry
