Commercial Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Performs and completes a variety of carpentry tasks with quality workmanship to construct, repair, or modify buildings or facilities.
• Tasks may include interior/exterior trim, siding systems, framing, cabinetry, mill work, and installation window and doors installation, commercial doors frames and hardware, and light demo.
• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of power and hand tools to complete jobs accurately and to specifications.
• Protects furnishings, equipment, and other property during carpentry tasks.
• Follows standard safety precautions; adheres to operator’s instructions when using power tools; wears recommended protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protectors, and/or work gloves.
• Performs other relate duties as assigned.
