Salary/Pay Rate: $28 to $36 per hour (Based on experience) plus a new employee incentive program coming soon.

Location: Chicago NW Suburbs.

Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

Schedule: Monday - Friday with overtime available.

Commercial Renovations, Office Buildouts, and Ground-Up Steel Buildings.

How You Will Make An Impact

Interpret detailed project specifications and architectural plans to ensure precise construction layouts.

Execute the assembly of pre-engineered steel buildings and install both steel and wood framing.

Operate specialized machinery including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers to maintain project momentum.

Cooky jobsite logistics by managing material movement and tool organization for maximum efficiency.

Maintain a rigorous safety culture by identifying hazards and consistently utilizing proper PPE.

Collaborate with field operations to resolve technical challenges and meet strict project deadlines.

Mentor junior team members while demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward site challenges.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the commercial construction trade.
• Proven proficiency in using a wide range of carpentry tools and heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to work at heights using ladders and various mechanical lifts.
• Valid OSHA 10-hour certification card.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems on-site.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in leading small crews or assisting with project layout per architectural designs.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial renovation terminology and specialized steel construction.
