About the role
Responsible for constructing and repairing commercial buildings. Works closely with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assessing project requirements and developing construction plans
- Executing tasks such as framing, roofing, and plumbing installations
- Maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
- Communicating with clients and team members to address concerns and provide updates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment
Skills
- Proficient in carpentry techniques and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
