Responsibilities
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to grow the commercial sales team
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and fleet accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence
- Deliver exceptional service and solutions to business clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales goals
- Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales, fleet management, or commercial account management preferred
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in a team
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles and fleet purchasing a plus
- Tech-savvy with CRM and sales tracking systems
