Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot complex software systems for autonomous vehicles.
• Analyze and present data clearly, interpreting high-level information.
• Resolve issues quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a team to support fleet operations and passenger experiences.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM fields, or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years in a technical role or IT customer support (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot software systems.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and autonomous systems.
• Ability to support shift work, including nights and weekends.
• Clean driving record with a current FL driver’s license.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and Beep’s AV operator training and certification.

Schedule

Initial shift: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM.

Pay

$55,000 annually.
