Who You Are
- Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to work well with others to accomplish team goals
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to generate customer referrals
- A valid driver's license
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- In-home sales experience would be a plus
- Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment preferred
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and duct sizing techniques preferred
