About the role

Adhering to the Fives Code of Conduct, Fives Safety Standards and all applicable national safety standards at all times.
Responsible for growing system sales with Customers, keeping a focus on high margin hardware, assemblies and controls.
Selling the Customer on the value of our offering: combustion systems, products and services. maximizing margin wherever possible.
Managing every aspect of the company’s relationships and dealings with every Customer in their territory.
Overall responsibility for the design and sale of thermal hardware solutions, process furnace revamps and aftermarket sales across a wide variety of industries.
Analyze and recommend ways in which Customers can optimize their thermal processes with respect to efficiency, temperature uniformity, emissions and staffing - strive to become the Customers' Trusted Advisor.
Exhibit excellence in all aspects of the Complex Sales Process applying appropriate principals of the Prime Process - Mastering the Complex Sale.
Speaks to the Customer's issues across all levels of the Cast of Characters.
Reports to Marketing on changes or trends in the field affecting company products and services.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial capital equipment sales.
  • Industrial thermal process work experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in following sales processes a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.

Qualifications

Possesses and continuously learns thermal process application expertise across our broad spectrum of markets and applications.
