Color Development Technician I
Responsibilities
- Weekly Housekeeping Audits of the Process Service Room (PSR) and Blend Areas
- Daily Housekeeping in PSR work area
- Complete monthly Safety Audits
- Aid Color Techs II and III by Blending color formulas, properly completing the color work sheets ranging from one quart to 160 gallons
- Order toners as needed using Access ordering system
- Fill completed batches in appropriate containers
- Complete assigned weekly equipment Preventive Maintenance
- Maintain shelf-life dates of all toners for assigned dedoes mixers
- Maintain housekeeping and proper labeling on Hazardous Waste Satellite areas
- Remove outdated retains from retain area and take to WH on a monthly basis
- Assist the warehouse labeling containers upon request
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to determine color differences with or without reasonable accommodation
Technical/Skill Requirements
- Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
