Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a polite and professional manner, both on the phone and in person.
  • Check in cars as they enter to ensure proper paperwork is received.
  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct customer to the appropriate personnel.
  • Issue purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding payments, additional information or photos requested, etc.
  • Receipt all cash and checks received.
  • General office filing.
  • Other duties and special assignments as assigned.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver license with a clear driving record.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A reliable and self-motivated individual.
