Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a polite and professional manner, both on the phone and in person.
- Check in cars as they enter to ensure proper paperwork is received.
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct customer to the appropriate personnel.
- Issue purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding payments, additional information or photos requested, etc.
- Receipt all cash and checks received.
- General office filing.
- Other duties and special assignments as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver license with a clear driving record.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A reliable and self-motivated individual.
