Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the collision center, providing friendly and professional service.
- Answer phone calls and schedule repair appointments, coordinating with technicians and insurance representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, parts orders, and customer communications in the management system.
- Prepare work orders and update customers on the status of their collision repairs.
- Aid in insurance claim documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Cook up vehicle rentals and shuttle services for customers during repair periods.
- Support the collision center team with administrative tasks to help ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
- Prior experience in an automotive or clerical role is a plus.
