Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the collision center, providing friendly and professional service.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule repair appointments, coordinating with technicians and insurance representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, parts orders, and customer communications in the management system.
  • Prepare work orders and update customers on the status of their collision repairs.
  • Aid in insurance claim documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  • Cook up vehicle rentals and shuttle services for customers during repair periods.
  • Support the collision center team with administrative tasks to help ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
  • Prior experience in an automotive or clerical role is a plus.
