The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components of the total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays. Please note: There may be opportunity for remote work within all jobs posted by the Excellus Talent Acquisition team. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis. We need to create sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (Essential Accountabilities), Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe desired majors?), Skills (maybe list of skills), Benefits (maybe mention of total rewards components?), Pay (compensation range), Schedule (duration and hours). Also maybe include "Physical Requirements" but not a standard heading; could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for those specific ones; we can include only those with real content. We have content for About the role (summary), Responsibilities (Essential Accountabilities), Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Desired Majors/Degree Programs?), Skills (list of skills like communication, multitask, teamwork, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, proactive, self-motivated, MS Office, desktop computer), Benefits (mention of total rewards: group health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away, paid holidays, remote work possibility), Pay (compensation range $18-$20), Schedule (10-week summer internship from first Monday in June to second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week). Also note housing not provided, development workshops, etc. Could be part of About the role. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

About the role

... summary ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty ...

Requirements

... maybe Minimum Qualifications? Actually Requirements could be the minimum qualifications like high school diploma, enrollment, good academic standing, etc. We'll put those.

Qualifications

Desired Majors/Degree Programs Include: ...

Skills

  • ... each skill ...

Benefits

  • ... each benefit ...

Pay

Compensation range: Level I - Minimum $18.00 - Maximum $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

10‑week summer internship from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week.

We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info: mention of development workshops, networking, mentorship, meaningful projects, tracks list, housing not provided, etc. Those could go in About the role. Also mention of Intern will work in administering LTHC's Salesforce environments etc. That's responsibilities. Also mention of works with mentor, supports key strategic projects, completes work assignments, performs mix of technical/non-technical tasks, creates and delivers presentations, demonstrates integrity, maintains confidentiality, regular attendance, other functions as assigned. Also mention of Physical Requirements: ability to work while sitting/standing 3+ hours, ability to travel across service region. Could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section but not in list; we could incorporate into Requirements as a paragraph. Also mention of "In support of the Americans with Disabilities Act, this job description lists only those responsibilities and qualifications deemed essential to the position." That's boilerplate? Might be considered legal boilerplate; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity etc. This line is about ADA; might be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. However it's a standard statement; maybe we can keep as part of Requirements? It's not substantive about the job; it's a disclaimer. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is legal boilerplate about ADA; likely remove. So we can drop that. Also remove duplicated compensation range lines (they appear twice). We'll keep one. Also remove "Please note: There may be opportunity for remote work within all jobs posted by the Excellus Talent Acquisition team. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis." That's about remote work; could be part of Benefits? It's a note about remote work possibility. Might be considered not boilerplate; it's a specific note about remote work. We'll include in Benefits maybe as a bullet: "Potential for remote work (case‑by‑case)". However the instruction says remove duplicated lines, but this is not duplicated. It's substantive about remote work possibility. We'll keep. Also remove "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Now we need to ensure we don't invent or summarize away detail. We'll keep specifics. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "The Summer College Internship Program is a 10‑week paid internship experience for undergraduate and graduate students that includes development workshops, networking opportunities, and meaningful project work under manager mentorship. Interns can participate in skills‑based tracks such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Human Resources, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and other technical or non‑technical degree programs. Development workshops focus on key business concepts and aid the transition from school to the corporate environment. Housing is not provided." We also mention that interns may reside in either a technical or non-technical area. Now Responsibilities bullet list: - Work in administering LTHC's Salesforce environments, including learning and managing various Salesforce environments and solutions, managing user access and permissions, creating administrative reports in Salesforce, and other administrative duties relevant to the role. - Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects. - Complete work assignments based on business needs, departmental priorities, and individual qualifications. - Perform a mix of technical and/or non‑technical tasks covering a broad range of business‑related projects. - Create and deliver a presentation at the completion of the internship. - Demonstrate high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies' mission and values, adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct, and upholding the Lifetime Way values and beliefs. - Maintain confidentiality and protection of member privacy in accordance with company policies. - Maintain regular and reliable attendance. - Perform other functions as assigned by management. Now Requirements paragraph: maybe combine minimum qualifications and physical requirements. Minimum qualifications: High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment (full‑time undergraduate or graduate degree program). Must be in good academic standing. Physical requirements: Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation viewing a computer and using a keyboard, mouse and/or phone for three or more hours at a time. Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or training courses as needed. We could also include "Ability to work while sitting and/or standing..." as part of Requirements. Now Qualifications paragraph: Desired Majors/Degree Programs Include: Computing Sciences & Information Technology (i.e. Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Networking, Cybersecurity, etc.) Management Information Systems, or similar program(s). Preferred (but not required) experience with: IT systems knowledge, cloud skills, exposure to sales processes are helpful. Now Skills bullet list: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with technical and non‑technical audiences
